  1. Enable developer mode in your browser by typing edgemesh.setDevMode(true) into the JavaScript console.

    • Enabling developer mode disables the Edgemesh® Client, helping to identify if it's the cause of the issue.
    • If the problem persists even after enabling developer mode, it's likely that the Edgemesh® Client is not the root cause.
    • If the problem does not persist, proceed to the next step.
  2. Generate a Flare by typing edgemesh.flare() into the JavaScript console or by opening the control panel with the search parameter ?em-controls and using the user interface.

    • This will create a Flare ID, which is a reference to the diagnostic report generated to captures important information about your environment.
    • Copy the Flare ID and provide it to Edgemesh® Support along with a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
