Emergency Off-boarding
In the unlikely event that you need to disable Edgemesh® and off-board quickly, the process is simple. All you need to do is revert the DNS changes that were made during the onboarding process. This will direct the traffic back to your original configuration.
However, before you make the decision to off-board, we kindly request that you reach out to Edgemesh Support first. We value your satisfaction and would appreciate the opportunity to address any problems or concerns you may have. Our support team is dedicated to providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
If you are certain about off-boarding and prefer a white glove off-boarding experience, we are happy to assist you. Simply contact your Account Partner to schedule a time that works for you.
