This hotline is available 24x7 and accepts both text messages (preferred) and voicemail. If you encounter an urgent issue, please reach out to the hotline, and our team will assist you promptly.

Additionally, real-time information regarding any outages or service disruptions can be found at status.edgemesh.com. We also provide updates and communicate directly through the dedicated Slack channels established during the integration process.
