Data Attribute Directives
Control Directives for Edgemesh via Data Attributes

Disabling Edgemesh Rewriting and Optimization

If you want to prevent Edgemesh from optimizing or rewriting an HTML Element, you can add the data-em-disable attribute to the HTML element. This will instruct Edgemesh that you do not want this tag unsharded or optimized in any way.

Disable Image Format Optimization

If you want to prevent Edgemesh from optimizing your Image format, you can add the data-em-lossless attribute to the HTML element. This will instruct Edgemesh to use the original image format and only to optimize image size. Useful for hero images that you want to remain high resolution and are willing to pay the performance penalty of the larger file size.
